" This property is one of a pair of individually built exclusive detached homes which were constructed in 2006 (and therefore still under NHBC guarantee ) and still offer fantastic kerb appeal with a great amount of space and accommodation. Boasting five double bedrooms, which new builds rarely offer, two en-suites and family bathroom on the first floor, downstairs are three reception rooms and substantial 27' kitchen/diner overlooking a stunning and eye catching secluded 115' rear garden which is currently divided into two separate areas. In our opinion this is a perfect and long term family home due to its amazing space, garden and superb and highly desirable location. Wigmore is a perfect area as it offers many popular local infant, junior and secondary schools. Within a 10 minute walk of local amenities, shops, restaurants, library, public houses and also a very pretty and popular local park. Properties such as this are truly a one off and you must take the opportunity to view immediately as we can assure you that this luxurious home will not be on the market for long.

What the Owner says:

We initially purchased this property from new and fell in love with the stunning design and sheer size and space, together with the superb build quality on offer. When we saw the lovely garden and fell in love with the location, we realised that this was definitely the property for us and have loved living here ever since. Living in a popular location and having wonderful neighbours in peaceful surroundings is something we have enjoyed but we have decided to move out of the area and look for a smaller property. We hope you enjoy living here as much as we have.
