" If you are searching for an older style house with large rooms and the feeling of space, then look no further. This substantial house offers far larger accommodation than many seemingly similar houses.Unlike most houses you do not walk straight into the lounge, instead a hallway leads you to a 26ft double aspect lounge/diner, giving a light and airy versatile living space. There is a modern bathroom downstairs, with an additional w.c. upstairs, which is plenty big enough to install a shower room, which would give you the luxury of a downstairs bathroom and upstairs shower room. There is also the rare benefit of three separate double bedrooms, and this along with the potential of the upstairs shower room would make it an extremely attractive layout. Although you may wish to decorate to your taste and stamp your own personality on the house, most of the major work has been done, with gas central heating, double glazing and modern kitchen and bathroom. With the town centre and main line railway station less than half a mile away, this centrally located and spacious family home should grab your immediate attention.

What the Owner says:

Having been our family home for almost 20 years we are sad to leave, we have found the size and space of the property to be a real asset, particularly the three double bedrooms and the big through lounge/diner. We have done a lot to the house in the time that we have been here, including re-fitting the kitchen and bathroom, re-decorating and replacing the boiler and maintaining the garden.
The central location has also been ideal as the town centre and station are only a stones throw away. We feel sure that the next family that moves in will enjoy the house as much as we have.
