" The layout of this Victorian terraced house is ideally suited to a first time buyer, the 2 double bedrooms should provide ample space and the rare attribute of the separate upstairs bathroom means no need to trudge downstairs to the bathroom in the wee small hours. The house also offers extras like the downstairs WC and utility room which compliments the kitchen allowing you to keep your white goods out of the kitchen giving you more space to create your culinary delights. If you are on a limited budget then the modern kitchen and bathroom, gas central heating and double glazing should mean there should be no need for any major expenditure although you may wish to decorate to taste to turn the house into your home. The home is also close to amenities and it is only 1/2 a mile from the town centre, with a good range of shops, mainline station and Medway park sports centre.Could this be your first home?

What the Owner says:

When I bought the house 5 years ago it had just been refurbished so it was ideal for me as I was looking for something that I could just move straight into without having to do very little work to.It also felt light and airy with a good size garden. Due to its condition I have had to do very little but I have improved the garden so that I can get the full benefit from it.I have found the area to be a very quiet and pleasant place to live and should be sad to move on.
