" Three bedroom family home in Upper Gillingham. If you are looking to move into your home quickly then this is one you should put at the top of your viewing list as there is no forward chain. With a lounge/dining area measuring up to 23' in length this will help a growing family especially for keeping an eye on the kids. The kitchen is modern and benefits from being positioned next to the utility area which is perfect for freeing up some space in the kitchen. The downstairs cloakroom is also a great benefit for everyone. To the first floor there are three separate bedrooms with master bedroom to the front along with the family bathroom. The area is useful to live in as the town and the train station are in walk able distance as are the bus stops. If you needed some necessities the Tesco Express is close to hand and the local pub is also nearby for a quick drink after work.

What the Owner says:

We liked the property because it was not on the main road but was close to the train station and the town centre. It was also great for the local shops as there was a Tesco Express in the parade. The size of the property was also something that we liked as all bedrooms were a suitable size for us as we were bringing up our young family. In having children the downstairs cloakroom was a great benefit and also having the upstairs bathroom worked well for us.
