" THE PROPERTY: This end of terrace Victorian home offers, in our opinion, good sized accommodation, including two reception rooms, 13ft kitchen and downstairs bathroom with three bedrooms, third off second, to the first floor. The property also benefits from cellar, 80ft rear garden, mostly double glazed and NO CHAIN!!!. The property is an unfinished refurbishment project, where some improvements have been made, however, further modernisation improvement works are required. We feel that this has been reflected within the asking price and would therefore advise immediate internal inspection to avoid possible disappointment.
