I have owned the property for the last 13 years and have loved living in the area and the property in that time. I initially purchased it due to falling in love with its location, superb plot and position and initial style of the property. I have made many changes to the property such as adding a large double garage door allowing easier parking and giving an attractive look to the property, updated the en-suite and landscaped the rear garden. My neighbours are great people and it will be shame to leave them behind but unfortunately the property has outgrown me and I would love to see it as a family home.
