" This may look like one of many Victorian terraced houses currently available for sale in Gillingham, but think again as its location makes it stand out from the crowd. Situated at the end of a no-through road makes it a much quieter location and with no houses opposite, parking is far easier than in most roads in Gillingham. In addition to this, immediately behind is parkland and with trees to the front it gives the feel of being in a rural setting, yet the town centre is only just over a mile away. Both the Strand Leisure Centre and River Side Country Parks are also both within the mile further enhancing the rural feel. Inside you will find it to be light and airy and well modernised. The lovely kitchen and bathroom along with double glazing and gas central heating and good decor, means that you could move in and you could start enjoying your new home straight away with little or no additional cost. All in all an extremely well presented and modernised house in an attractive location that you should make top of your viewing list.

What the Owner says:

When we first saw this house 5 years ago we were struck by its location. We loved the quiet road with easy parking, the outlook to the front was great and parkland behind was like having your own enormous garden. We have done a lot to the house since we moved in, including re-fitting the kitchen and bathroom and re-decorating and feel that we have created a lovely home, ideal for a first time buyer. If it were not for our expanding family we would love to stay here, but it's now someone else's turn to enjoy the house.
