" The great thing about 1930’s built homes are the good room sizes which gives you comfortable living space for all of the family to enjoy. This property offers good size bay windows which enhance the space in the main bedroom and the lounge making the rooms feel much more open. The current owners have changed the layout of the downstairs, they have made the conservatory more accessible to the dining room and kitchen, you can walk through the dining room into the conservatory and then through into the kitchen. This is a practical layout for dinner parties and serving the family at meal times. For daily groceries and other household needs the local shops and pharmacy are only a short walk away. If you wanted to go into town then just hop onto a bus which you can catch from Barnsole Road, and you will be there within ten minutes. The train station is also only ten minutes away.

What the Owner says:

When we first saw the original stained glass window in the porch way we knew that this could be our next home, we then saw the lounge and dining room sizes which we felt were perfect for us. The conservatory was already built, which was overlooking the garden and we wanted to make more use of this room. So what we decided to do was open up the door from the kitchen, making this room easily accessible. We also installed a new kitchen around two years ago and a new bathroom just after that.
