" Although this may look like another Victorian terraced house, do not be deceived as it offers far bigger and better laid out accommodation than most. As soon as you walk through the front door, you will note that there is a hall way, unlike many such properties where you walk straight into the lounge, then you will be impressed by the 25ft lounge/diner, providing a spacious and versatile living space rather than the more common 2 small reception rooms. Upstairs it offers the rare combination of not only 3 separate bedrooms but also a shower room, so no clambering down stairs in the wee small hours. It is situated less then ¾ of a mile from the High Street with a good range of shopping facilities, main line station and Medway Park Sports Centre to keep the shoppaholics, commuters and fitness fans happy. The house has undergone some modernisation including double glazing and a shower room, however it does require some further updating, which has been reflected in the price. So whether you are an investor looking for your next project or a family looking for an affordable home, view now.

What the Owner says:

This has been a great family home with 3 separate bedrooms and large lounge it had all the space that we needed. Its location has also been ideal as the shops and station are within easy striking distance and we are also on a bus route and close to good local schools. We have looked after the house but do appreciate that it does require some improvement, but feel confident that due to the size and location that it will be a good buy for another family to enjoy it as much as we have.
