" If you would love to buy a brand new house but your budget does not allow, then how about this refurbished house that feels like new as soon as you walk through the front door. The owner has spent a great deal of time, effort and money to bring this Victorian house into the 21st century. You can leave your tool box and paint brushes behind and move straight in, as there is a brand new kitchen and bathroom, double glazing , gas central heating and the neutral decor and floor coverings create a light and airy living environment, so not only can you start enjoying your new home from the outset, it could also save you thousands.
It is ideally located being only ¾ of a mile from the town centre with a good range of shops and main line station, 1/2 a mile from the university of Greenwich Campus and 1/4 a mile from the Strand Leisure centre. All in all we are confident that compared to houses that you view in the price range, this one will stand out head and shoulders above the rest.

What the Owner says:

We purchased this house with a view to refurbish, we chose this property specifically due to its great location and we also felt it to be structurally sound. We have put a lot of effort into creating in what we believe to be a light and spacious modern home. We take enormous pride in our work and have carried it out to a high standard. This is not a make over but a thoughtful and high quality refurbishment. We aim to put as much effort and care into it as we would if were our own home. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and now it will make someone a lovely home.
