" Whilst you may think one Victorian terraced house is much like another, you will find that this property offers numerous benefits over and above run of the mill houses. Internal inspection will reveal good sized airy rooms with separate lounge and dining room, modern fitted kitchen and the added benefit of a downstairs cloakroom to the ground floor, with two double bedrooms to the first floor and a separate upstairs bathroom, which you will find to be a real asset as, most Victorian properties have a downstairs bathroom. The property also benefits from an additional loft room, providing extra space, to be utilised as you wish. As the property benefits from gas central heating, double glazing and modern fitted kitchen and has undergone recent re-decoration, you will hopefully find this to be ready to move into accommodation, thus reducing any further expenditure. Also unlike many Victorian properties, parking is not such an issue as it is situated on a no-through road, with houses down one side, relieving the normal problems with parking. All in all this offers a great deal for the price and should be viewed without delay

What the Owner says:

When I purchased the house 8 years ago, I knew as soon as I walked through the door that this was the one for me. The good sized, light airy rooms gave me a great feeling about the house, despite the fact that it did, at the time, need some updating. In the time I have been here I have re-fitted the kitchen, replaced the double glazing to the rear, re-decorated and replaced several floor coverings, making it an extremely well presented home. I found it to be a very quiet and convenient location, as I can walk to the station very easily and the better parking has been a real asset. If it were not for a change of circumstance I would be more than happy to live here for the foreseeable future,
