" I want to draw your attention to this outstanding family home on the Davis Estate. For those purchasers either looking to upgrade because of that new addition to the family or a first time buyer, location is always important. You can give the position of this property a resounding thumbs up and even more praise can be given to the locality of the shops and transport links. What will instantly strike you as your foot steps make their way to the front door is the curb appeal that this house oozes. A well looked after front garden and an expansive porch are two immediate images that will catch your eyes. As you probe deeper you will be able to see that parking will not be a problem for you or your family and friends. House warming party, barbecues or just that occasional get together will now not be an issue. The off road parking extends past the wooden gate like a run way. This leads to a well looked after 70ft rear garden that has more than enough space to take care of the enthusiastic youngsters that may want to pull and grab it's turf.Inside of this house will surely not disappoint you. The lounge can either be kept separate from the diner or if you just want to have a quiet moment then there is a closing mechanism that can shut out the noise of the TV or the voices of visitors and leave you in the peace and quiet of your own company.

What the Owner says:

We first viewed this house because location was high on our agenda and as we have lived in Medway for a long time we knew that Barberry Avenue is a good location that is near to a very good school. There are excellent transport links here as well as outstanding road networks that can either take you directly to the coast or London.Once we moved into the property we decided to put in a porch. This gave us some extra space for us to store our shoes and other items. We also had cavity wall insulation put in which helps with those rising utility bills. We also went on to have built in wardrobes put into both of the main bedrooms which was very useful for us.Taking into account what we have done and the natural attraction of the property, the best selling points of our home are the parking facilities, the excellent location and the size of the rooms.
