" Location is everything! If you are after a decent size family home, ample living space and plenty of parking, not only for yours but for the kids' cars as well then this is very much a possible choice.
This home is presented to a very high standard so no immediate repairs required.
Over the years the current owners have made several changes in order to enhance and maximise the property to its highest potential.
Such changes include re-fitting the kitchen which is immaculate and would certainly encourage cooking activities and there is plenty of space for everyone as it is a very good size.
Similarly sized to the kitchen is a utility area which is not only handy for the laundry but makes a good place to house the dogs as there is a door leading straight onto the garden for their exercising antics.
If you work from home there is a study, a useful room for any computer activity and there are three very useful toilets in this property.
Overall the property is well proportioned and has double glazing and central heating.

We love the property because of the big drive making room for our cars and the children's.
This property really suits us due to the layout and room sizes and the large utility was a great place to house the dogs.
Location is ideal for my husband to jump on the motorway or just shoot down Bluebell Hill to get to Maidstone but when he does need to work from home then the study is perfect.
We've replaced the kitchen, added double glazing and decorated the property from top to bottom.
We've also created a feature pond and laid the decking too.
Early morning walks in the Spring/Summer is ideal as not far from the woods and picnic area overlooking The Downs.
