" Here's one in the Tunbury School area, walking distance, nonetheless. A lovely light and bright home with a great size kitchen/diner, a real sociable room with double glazed French style doors leading out onto the secluded rear garden. This garden is an absolute sun trap in the afternoon, a lovely haven to sit and relax and watch the wildlife. Also from the garden there is a courtesy door leading to the garage. There are two double bedrooms upstairs and one single, two have built in wardrobes for further storage. This property is in one of Walderslade's most well regarded areas, surrounded by woodland, it's quiet and safe and an ideal spot for families with children. You can take the dog for a walk in the woods on a Sunday afternoon or pop up to one of the local parks for a picnic. If it's access to the motorways you need you are literally a few minutes away, what more would you need?

What the Owner says:

We've been here since new for 29 years and we've absolutely loved it. We needed easy access to the motorway for work and this location was ideal. It has been a peaceful place to live, so much so that when our son moved out he only moved down the road.We replaced the windows with upvc double glazing only two years ago and had the kitchen replaced 6 years ago.We are now looking to down size to a bungalow for our retirement.
