" If you are looking for a family home with that little bit of extra living space that's ready to move straight into then this could be ideal for you.
There is a conservatory at the rear of the property which just gives that little bit of extra space that every family requires.
All recently re-decorated, the property offers a great family space with good size lounge and a living flame gas fire as a focal point giving a warm cosy feel.
The kitchen/diner to the rear of the property is the real hub of the home. This is the place that everyone congregates for a cuppa and a catch up. There is a built in oven and the washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are all negotiable.
For a busy family life, the garden is ideal as it's low maintenance so there is very little work to do, just a nice place to sit and enjoy the sunshine that's directly in the garden from afternoon until evening.
Parking is easy also with a garage at the rear and a drive to the front of the property and in addition Gleamingwood is a pretty easy place to park as it's not situated in a congested close, you can always park directly outside.
Another added bonus is just simply the locality, taking minutes to the motorway and being so close to all other amenities.

We have been here forever, 26 years and simply because we've loved it here. We particularly like the non estate location and we front onto woodland plus we've got great neighbours.
We've done a lot recently including a complete re-dec., added a conservatory and we replaced the boiler in October 2009.
We're only leaving this house as we are moving to Spain to throw ourselves into our B & B business. Who knows, we may even give our lucky buyer a good deal on a holiday.
Because of this, the property would have no chain and we are ready to go when you are.
