We wanted a family home in a quiet cul de sac, safe for the children, and walking distance from the schools and park.We love the open plan family space and the size of the bedrooms and the en-suite was a pleasant bonus. The garden was important to us and this property has one of the largest plots in the road.We had the fascias and soffits replaced and have flattened the garden for a more usable space. We feel this property offers good size for the money and we are leaving it with no forward chain as we are off to Devon and giving the opportunity of a speedy purchase for the new buyers.
