" If you fancy a flutter the Racecourse Estate is a good place to start and the odds will be in favour of you purchasing this lovely 3 bedroom detached family home.
A family home for many reasons, one of the main ones being the excellent reputation that comes with this well regarded area.
The property has been improved upon by the current owners and has a refitted kitchen with an integrated oven and hob, integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer and there is plumbing for a washing machine, all you need for modern family living.
There is a good size lounge/diner with plenty of room for your dining room table and there is a conservatory to rear of the property giving you that little bit of extra living space. The master bedroom has built-in wardrobes and cupboards, perfect for that extra bit of storage you require.
There is plenty of parking with this property but due to the generous plot at the front of the house there could be further off road parking, should you require it.
The rear garden is low maintenance giving you more time to spend with your busy schedule.
The property is well maintained throughout and the vendors replaced the boiler 11 years ago and they have it regularly serviced by British Gas.
I believe this property is beautiful and that you can move into it with the peace of mind that it has been well maintained by the current vendor.

What the Owner says:

We were familiar with the Racecourse Estate and it's excellent reputation and really wanted to live somewhere that was safe and secure to bring up our family.
It was the size of the lounge and the garden being south facing that first really drew us to this property and there was also a driveway for two cars.
We added the conservatory approximately 10 years ago and had all the upvc windows, front door, fascias and soffits replaced 4 years ago.
We have loved living here and that is why we have been here for 20 years. The neighbours are friendly and you can move into this home, safe in the knowledge that it is an excellent area, safe for children and with no through traffic.
