" An excellent size family home with lots of parking, this 3 bedroom home must be viewed to be fully appreciated. Internally the property has lounge/diner running from front to rear and a kitchen/diner at the back of the property.
The integral garage has power and light and has the potential to convert the garage into another room should you require further accommodation subject to building regulations.
This property has a family bathroom and there is a really good size rear garden, approximately 80’, with a sunny aspect and at the bottom of the garden is a playhouse, which would need to be finished off by the new owners, but the main structure is there.

What the Owner says:

We bought the property 16 year ago and it has been an absolutely ideal location for our 3 children, being walking distance to the school and within easy access to other amenities around us.
The property has been updated and recently redecorated giving the property a fresher appeal.
The garden has been ideal for the children to play and the parking has been a godsend. We have thought about converting the garage into a room in the past but really felt that we didn’t actually need any further extra space. Having the 3 children it was really important for us to have 3 large bedrooms. At the time, this was the only property that we viewed offering this for the price we could afford.
