What the Owner says:

We were looking for a property in this area as it is excellently located with easy access to the motorways and shops. It was imperative though that it had allocated parking.
This property grabbed my attention, mainly because of the location.
We’ve updated this property and done all the expensive jobs including new windows and doors, replaced with upvc approximately 8 years ago, had a new bathroom, completely redecorated throughout and tidied the garden.
Everything has been done in a neutral décor so I think it would suit everybody.
