" Non estate positions are becoming increasingly popular to prospective buyers, this is one of the reasons why this property will cause interest within the market place. Another interest proposition is its sold via sale by tender, this allows a quick and seamless transition to get you in to your home as soon as possible. The last and most interesting fact about this house is its very competitive guide price. First time buyers who may have thought that a house of this size could be out of their financial reach can now think again. The money you save can now be spent on that dream holiday you have always wanted or even that new car you have had your eyes on.
The views from the rear of the property are some of the best in the area. You can relax on the decking in the rear garden and watch the sunset beyond the housetops in the distance. Parking issues are a distance memory, there are two parking spaces which will make sure that parking down the road and carrying that shopping back to your house is a long distant memory. The interior of the property will not disappoint you. There is a large bay window to the front and sliding doors to the rear revealing a decked area and those terrific views. Please call the office to arrange a viewing.

What the Owner says:

We like the size of the garden and felt that the rooms were also a good size. Parking was also important to us and this house has off road parking for two cars. The house is within walking distance to the town centre and railway station, which has given us a couple of commuting options in to London. We have put in a new bathroom, sanded all the floorboards throughout, the boiler is only 3 months old and we have decked and lawned the rear garden. We believe the biggest selling points of our home is the large open plan living area, the good size rooms that are on offer, the south facing rear garden and the off road parking.
