" What an excellent positioned property! With everything you could possibly need around you, bus stops, schools, shops as well as easy access to Chatham and Walderslade village.
On a non estate location, this three bedroom home is excellent value for money as it offers excellent size living accommodation, has the added benefit of a downstairs w.c., and a large sociable lounge/diner to the rear of the property with double glazed French style doors leading out to the rear garden.
One thing that really stands out about this property is the size of the bedrooms, the kitchen has been re fitted and modernised.
The garage at the rear of the property is immaculate and has power and light and there are double gates to the rear allowing for another vehicle off road and secured if required.
The location side I feel would really suit anyone with a young family needing easy access to all the local amenities and space to grow.

The location was the first thing that attracted us to this property, it was close to the school and walking distance to the shop.
When we viewed this house we were amazed at the size and the off road parking at the rear was a massive bonus, we have absolutely loved living here.
We re-fitted the kitchen, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom approximately 6 years ago and added double-glazing.
We added a hard standing area at the rear for further parking and enlarged the patio area.
We’ve spent a lot of money on the property, which is a plus point for the new buyers and we are having to move closer to our elderly mother.
