This three bedroom semi-detached home has been extended to the side offering an extra reception/guest room with its own front entrance and downstairs shower room. All the rooms are neutrally decorated, with a separate lounge and large kitchen/dining room with French doors leading to the rear garden. The modern fitted kitchen is sure to appeal to most with an integrated stainless steel oven and hob. Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms and modern bathroom. From the rear of the property particularly from upstairs, there are stunning views across the valley. Outside there are well maintained front and rear gardens. Access to local amenities is perfect, with a bus stop a short walk away with routes into Chatham and Walderslade village. The Kings Ferry commuter coach stop is also a short walk up the road for those who work in London. There are a good selection of schools nearby, a fitness gym at the bottom of the hill, as well as a golf course and park just a short walk away.

We were immediately attracted to the property due to the location and the nice size rooms that the property had. Also the view from the rear garden and the master bedroom was amazing. If you did want a loft conversion in the future which we were considering doing the view would be even more fantastic. At the time of buying the property we both commuted to London, the fact the Kings Ferry Coach stopped at the end of the road and a bus stop outside was great for us as well as if we did decide to drive motorways links were close by. We have enjoyed the area and been happily living here for 10 years, we are purely moving to be near our family and jobs.
