The fact that the house is near the railway station instantly attracted me when I bought it. I don’t drive so knowing that there is a good local bus route as well as an added bonus. I have totally refurbished the house. I have had a new kitchen and a new bathroom put in. I have re-plastered the walls and painted the whole house. I have also paid particular attention to the cellar area turning it into a habitable living space. I feel that the biggest selling point of my home are that everything is done for the new buyers. All you need to do in bring in your furniture and that’s it! The area here is a sought after location and because it’s near the train station it’s ideal for commuters. There is also local shops within walking distance and a fish and chip shop where the food is excellent!
