" If your ideal property does not need any work done to it, is modern and attractive with curb appeal then look no further than this house near the town centre.Your weekends can be spent going to the cinema or shopping in one of Europe's biggest shopping centres at Bluewater. If that is not for you then why not take a trip down to the coast via the M2 and enjoy a walk along the beach. The house comes with allocated parking, so no need to be driving around looking for that illusive parking space. Another advantage of this property is the downstairs cloakroom. There is a total of three toilets in this house, so no more queuing or rushing to be the first one! This property is in excellent condition and is of a good size. You can enjoy either being in your own space or utilizing the conservatory as a dining room and sharing your daily activities over dinner. The conservatory also has air conditioning and heating which makes it perfect for all weathers and along with central heating in the house and an electric fire in the lounge, there is no shortage of heat here!

What the Owner says:

We bought this house as we liked that the property had two spacious bedrooms and both with an en-suite, along with a cloakroom on the ground floor.
Since living here we have added the conservatory, which has given us an additional room which has been of great use in summer and winter months, we have changed the flooring on the ground floor and of course re-decorated.
We like being situated near Chatham train station and not far from the town centre. Bluewater shopping centre is also only 20 minutes away via the A2.
We also feel that having a wide choice of good schools nearby is very re-assuring.
We are now moving as we have had our second child and need the extra bedroom and office space as I often work from home.
