" The current owner has gone to great lengths to make sure that this house is in excellent condition for the next buyers. He has had the property refurbished including a new kitchen, new bathroom, double glazing, re-wiring of the house and replastering of the walls. There is also a new central heating system which completes the property. The house also has a separate lounge and diner, you can relax with your guests and loved ones while your children are playing in another part of the property. An added advantage of this house is that it comes with no forward chain which will make your moving process shorter and a less daunting experience. I asked the current owner what attracted him to this property when he decided to buy it. "The property is a good size, you have a separate lounge and diner which to me was a key factor.
