" This 2 bedroom mid terrace home is a bit different. Unusually for a lot of properties in this location and certainly of this age it has a downstairs WC as well as a family bathroom upstairs, which is off the second bedroom. This is of course not always ideal having to go through the second bedroom to get to the bathroom, especially if you have friends and family staying over, so having a downstairs WC solves that problem entirely. It's like back to the drawing board where this property is concerned because of the opportunity it provides for you to leave your own mark and make it into something that you are proud of. If you like getting your hands dirty then I am sure you will be excited by the opportunity of transforming this property into your ideal home with you playing an integral part in it's overall presentation. You also have a cellar with an added storage room so if you have been wanting a home cinema with all the latest surround system or on the other hand a kids playroom would also be another option. That way when they have their friends around you certainly wouldn't have to be worried about the noise level whatsoever.

What the Owner says:

When I first came to view this property, I must admit that it looked small from the outside but once I came through the door, the space on offer was great in comparison to others that I looked at. One of the biggest attractions for me was the fact that it had a downstairs toilet so that if I have a lot of people over they don't have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, it's a god send really.I love how central it is because I don't drive and the fact that I can walk to the end of my road and jump on a bus makes life so much easier. Or sometimes if I fancy a bit of exercise I walk into town which only takes about 15-20 minutes. I also have corner shops within walking distance which comes in handy when you need a cup of tea and there's no milk!
