" A stunning location that is sure to impress. Fronting onto the scenic marina is this three double bedroom waterside home on the basin of the award winning St Mary's Island, Chatham Maritime. Positioned over three floors this modern style home benefits from Amtico flooring to the ground floor, a large kitchen/breakfast Room along with a double glazed conservatory leading onto a south westerly terrace facing the marina. On the first floor there is a spacious lounge/diner with Juliet balcony, bedroom 3 and a separate modern style shower room. On the top floor there are two separate double bedrooms, the master overlooking the marina and a Jack and Jill modern bathroom. Internally the property is elegantly and neutrally decorated throughout. Outside there is a driveway for 2-3 cars leading to an integral garage which is used as storage at present as its currently partitioned to allow for self contained utility area, which can be accessed via the internal hallway.

We have always loved the Island and this is our third home here. We loved the security aspect and the community feel. Everything is within walking distance, shops, chemist, doctors surgery and even restaurants! The tree lined parkland and riverside walks are also perfect for us and our dog. We were overjoyed to get one of the homes directly on the marina, especially as boating is one of our passions and it is absolutely beautiful in the summer. It is such a sun trap that we installed an electric canopy for extra shielding. We will miss it dreadfully but after quite a few years on the Island the 'moving itch' has taken hold of us again.
