" Anyone looking for a family home needs to make the picturesque village of Hoo a priority. The current owners not knowing the area instantly fell in love with the surrounding countryside, along with stunning views towards the estuary. Its easy to see why they didn’t have to think much about buying this home, as the space it offers is to say the least deceptive. The home benefits from a ground floor extension, perfect for anyone looking for an extra room to escape to. The current owners use it as an extended dining room, however it was previously used as a study.
Hoo village itself has a wealth of amenities and an excellent public transport system with regular buses into Rochester and Chatham. Feel free to explore the historic dockyard facility, which allows you to enjoy some retail therapy or alternatively relax in a bar or restaurant overlooking the picturesque marina. What can be more life fulfilling than clean country air, beautiful scenery and having lunch in a traditional country pub!

We moved here from out of the area and we decided to choose Hoo mainly because it was so quiet. We found that the plot of houses were very generous and had more than enough off road parking for our friends and relatives that visit. We have improved the home since living here including the bathroom and kitchen. The home has been re-decorated throughout and has been done neutrally ready for anyone to move straight in.

We find the space of the property would be more than enough for any growing family and we hope the new owners will enjoy the home as much as we have.
