" This brilliantly presented executive detached home is in a cul de sac off the desirable Hollywood Road. On the ground floor there is engineered wood flooring which opens into the spacious living room. The open plan kitchen diner is at the rear of the property and overlooks the rear garden. The kitchen is finished to a high specification with stone work surfaces, integrated appliances including induction hob, triple Siemens ovens (including microwave combination, steam oven and plate warmer), dishwasher and fridge freezer. The dining area has large glass patio doors which fill the area with natural light and give access into the garden. The utility room is located off the kitchen and has space for a washing machine and tumble dryer; there is also access into the rear garden and into the double garage from here as well. Completing the ground floor is the WC. On the first floor, there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is at the front of the house and has two built in wardrobes and an en suite with a large shower. The other three bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes/storage cupboards and there is also a family bathroom. On the top floor there is a further bedroom with built in storage and its own en-suite. The rear garden has been designed to make the most of the sunshine with a large composite decking area. To the front is a double driveway and access to a double garage which has its own loft storage space.
