" It was the unique position of the plot this house occupies that first struck the owners of the property, as well as the generously proportioned room sizes. Although the property is a modern home of approximately 10 years of age, the current owners have made several fantastic improvements which they have thoroughly enjoyed over recent years. One of these improvements is the 18ft conservatory, which has been a great luxury as it has been a bright and airy space to relax. The kitchen was upgraded and replaced approximately 4 years ago, which includes built-in appliances and a breakfast bar, which benefits from a clear view through the conservatory into the back garden. The owners particularly enjoyed having direct access from the back garden into the open playing fields and with plentiful nearby country walks available, it’s been ideal for walking the dog. With the space on offer, working from home has never been a problem as two of the rooms have doubled up as offices. This still left the two receptions for relaxing and spreading out.

What the Owner says:

We found High Halstow to be a very friendly and quiet village, with the local shop just around the corner and a good local pub down the road. Although on a modern housing development, there is a great rural feel, particularly backing onto open fields and not being overlooked. We have spent quite a lot of money on the property making many improvements, including outside in the garden with extending the patio, which is a great place to be particularly on a summer evening with a glass of wine.
