" The wonderful family handling the sale of their mother’s home really painted a happy picture for me when I visited this house. "Mum lived at 3 different properties on Greenacres, but was most happiest here".Bought in 1987 by the previous owner, the rear and porch extensions were added in 1994. A wonderful room for the whole family to enjoy their Sunday lunch whilst looking onto the fantastic garden or even a peaceful place to relax, read a book or take a well deserved afternoon nap.The garden is worth the price on its own! A constant sun trap, it is a wide plot which is also approximately 70' in length. Fully enclosed making it a perfectly safe haven for the younger members of the family to play in. Kick a football around with Dad or place a trampoline at the far end. Let the little ones burn off some energy.A further improvement made is the addition to the front, which now provides an entrance porch way and cloakroom. There are three bedrooms and a shower room off the first floor landing. The bathroom was converted to a shower room and could easily be changed back. Many people in and around this area have added a fourth bedroom courtesy of a loft conversion (subject to consents). All in all a very nice family home with good transport links nearby, open parklands and schools.

What the Owner says:

Our mum loved this house and especially enjoyed the rear garden which gets the sun right through the afternoon and evening. We would regularly sit outside for a meal enjoying the warmth together.
Mum would often relax in the rear extension looking out over the garden watching the birds. The neighbours are excellent as well. They all knew my mum and were great friends to her. You could not hope for better.
The boiler was changed in 2005 and the loft is insulated and boarded. There are a few convenience stores around the corner at Premier Parade handy for 'day to day' use and Aylesford station is also close by.

We hope the new owners love this house, as much as our mum did.
