" Panoramic views, lovely village with school, double glazing, gas central heating, 3 bedrooms and we hold a key for easy viewing! It is ready to move straight into and the present owner has made buying easy by offering it for sale with 'no forward chain', so you really can move just as fast as you like!The lounge has a cosy feel and an attractive fireplace. The dining room gives you plenty of space and light. It links with the kitchen in a contemporary open plan design. This works really well for entertaining or everyday use, because the kitchen is at the rear of the house. It links seamlessly through to the garden space, which has a lawn and an open view at the back. The lovely bright bathroom with white suite is also downstairs and completes the way this whole design is just made for an easy modern living style! The 3rd bedroom is located off the largest bedroom and would make a good nursery or study if you work from home and has a fantastic view over the surrounding countryside. I bought my home eight years ago after looking round extensively. What was so good about this home was the village location. There is a great community spirit with its village pub The Red Bull, a local shop and post office for your daily needs and a large village Green. You get the benefit of being semi rural yet with easy road access firstly to the A229, which can take you to J6 of the M20 in one direction or J3 of the M2 and Rochester in the other. One thing that isn’t immediately obvious is that it comes with road access at the back for cars and you can park two cars immediately to the rear. Quite exceptional for a Victorian home!
