" The home ticked all the boxes for Matt and Claire when they first were looking to buy a property in the area. Matt needed to get onto a train to commute to work and the main line railway station at Strood is within less than 5 minutes walk. One of the many benefits with this modern home for the owners, is the relatively cheap running costs and with all the windows double glazed, it never takes too long to heat up, especially in those cold winter months.With the location being very close to Strood and Rochester High Street, it's been very easy for Claire to, rather than take the car, take a leisurely stroll down to her favourite places for some retail therapy.There have been several improvements to the property including upgrading the kitchen and bedrooms, as well as re-decoration throughout.The convenience of this quiet cul-de-sac for the owners is something that they feel will be hard to find on their next purchase, but they know it will be something that the new buyers will enjoy.

We've been extremely happy living here and now with a small family, it's really coming to its own, especially being located in a no-through road. We've really enjoyed being able to walk up to the local parks or down to the recently completed riverside park overlooking the river Medway and Rochester. We love how quiet the area is being located at the end of a cul-de-sac has its benefits, proving to be particularly safe for children. One of the big benefits for us is being able to pull-up in front of our house and unload the shopping without having to worry about finding a parking space.
