" The owner had viewed many homes before settling on this one and found the space available, internally and externally, was much bigger than other similar priced homes at the time. Car parking was a very important point when looking at properties at the time and one of the great improvements the current owner made is the block paved drive providing parking for 2 cars to the front and a small car to the rear, as well as parking available in the garage.Without doubt, it’s been the location that’s been one of the greatest assets, with easy access to all the major road networks in North Kent. One of the biggest pleasures is being able to walk to the historic riverside village of Upnor and have a meal at the local pub! Many improvements have been made inside over the years, including re-decoration, upgrading the kitchen and bathroom and most recently, a new central heating boiler and fireplace. The rear garden hasn’t gone untouched and is well stocked, benefiting from an unusual feature of an artificial lawn, thus meaning no lawn mower needed with the purchase of this home.

What the Owner says:

I’ve lived in the area for many years and have enjoyed all the benefits that go with it, such as getting onto the major roads easily and being able to walk to my local pub. The rear garden is not overlooked and is a great place to relax on the decked area, especially on a summers day.I’ve upgraded and changed most things in the property since my ownership, most recently with a boiler, which still has approx 4 years remaining on its guarantee.Shops and schools are also all within walking distance and if anyone needs to get a train into London, the station is just 15 minutes walk away.
