" This desirable three bedroom townhouse is located in the popular riverside village of Lower Upnor. close to Rochester, the Medway Tunnel, Chatham Dockside and M2 access.
Entrance is into the main hallway which runs the depth of the
house.
The large, modern kitchen has a range of cream and light wood fronted wall and base cupboards and includes an integral fridge-freezer, 5 ring gas hob and double oven. There is space for a small table and chairs in this room.
The downstairs cloakroom on this floor has a white suite with low level wc and hand basin.
At the rear of the house is the smaller of the reception rooms which has french doors to the garden and an understairs storage cupboard.
