Since their ownership, the property has been well maintained benefiting from improvements such as heating, décor and the addition of a partition wall from the hallway, thus making 2 separate reception rooms. One of the reasons the current owners bought this home was the location to all the local amenities such as schools, supermarkets and sport centre, all within ½ a mile.As a 1st property, if you are a first time buyer, or your 1st foray into property investment, this home is literally turn the key and ready to go. What the Owner says:

If it were not for a change in our personal circumstances, we certainly wouldn’t be looking to sell, as this provided a fantastic source of income for us over the years. We always had the outlook that if it wasn’t good enough for us to live in, then it wouldn’t be good for a potential tenant, so we felt it was extremely important to keep it very well maintained. Since owning the home, we have replaced the gas boiler, updated some of the electrics and had all the rooms re-painted, so it’s ready for either a first time buyer to enjoy or maybe another property investor. We are also just finishing fitting a new kitchen and updating the bathroom.
