" The first time on the market for 41 years, you may expect this property to be in need of a lot of work and improvement. Well worry not as the current owners have spent much time, effort and money maintaining this property and keeping it up to modern day standards. One of the many improvements the owners have carried out is building a double garage opposite, which has provided plenty of space for the owners to enjoy their hobbies, including in the past building ‘kit cars’. Having previously owned a boat the owners used to be able to look from the rear of their property and look down to the Medway River and see their boat moored up, as well as enjoying the fantastic views across towards Rochester and the Castle & Cathedral.Building the conservatory was a great way to extend the accommodation available and also sit out to enjoy the views when the weather was a little bit colder.Although the owners did not need the additional space, they have explained that there is excellent potential for another room to be created in the loft or if someone needed 3 bedrooms, one of the two bedrooms could easily be divided up to provide this space.

What the Owner says:

We fell in love with this area and this particular road when we came here over 40 years ago and the fact that you have these lovely views at the back and not being overlooked was a big benefit.Because we have always worked locally and had businesses nearby, it has been great for easy access particularly when we needed to get onto the motorway or just the occasional day trip to France.Although many of the original neighbours have moved on, there is still a good friendly atmosphere in the road and we will be sorry to leave.
