" A unique character with surprising accommodation! Perfect for any growing family or lucky first time buyers, is this 3 separate bedroom Victorian home. Don’t be misled by the exterior as the property offers two separate reception rooms, basement and kitchen, one of the many reasons which first attracted the current owners, Robert and Cheryl, to buy this home. There is not much to do as the home is decorated to a modern standard throughout, there is a fitted kitchen and bathroom suite to a good standard. However, if you ever had the fancy to develop the property to its full potential, the current owners have often thought about developing both the cellar and loft, subject to the necessary planning consent.Situated close to the town of Strood and Rochester, commuters should be aware that there is a fast link to London. With extra time spare, this can enable you to have a relaxed coffee before work in one of the many cafes and restaurants that both towns have to offer. If you have more time to explore the surrounding area, there are amenities that cater for all types, from shopping centres to historical sites such as Upnor Castle or Rochester Cathedral.A unique property for the road and area, the only way to fully appreciate this property is by arranging an appointment to view.

What the Owner says:

What first attracted us to buy this home was the size of the property, we found having a separate lounge and dining room very useful. It has a very homely feel and a unique character than anything we had seen. We moved from the Essex area and found that homes here were very good value for money, compared to others closer to London. We have put our own mark on the home by re-painting the outside and all the rooms inside and have replaced the fireplace in the living room. We are now looking to move closer to work to try and shorten our commute.
