" Wykeham Street is situated within close proximity of the town centre and has always been a popular location due to the properties, in a Victorian style, boasting quite large accommodation for competitive prices. This particular property, which we are currently marketing does not let the streets reputation down by boasting two separate reception rooms, with the extra addition of a cellar room which could be used either for a workshop area or converted perhaps into an additional room, subject to the necessary planning consents. To the rear of the property, there is a kitchen and bathroom and also offering an enclosed rear garden with three bedrooms to the first floor. The current owners of the property have lived there for approximately 22 years and are selling the property with no forward chain. For this reason, the property is ideal for any investment or first time buyers. The town offers a range of amenities including post office, convenience stores, as well as a shopping complex inclusive of shops such as Next, Argos and Morrisons. The train station is also within close proximity, with coach commuter pick up points heading to London and also the motorway connections which are a short drive away. We are currently in possession of a key to the property, so to arrange your escorted viewing, please give the office a call as soon as possible.

What the Owner says:

We never really had a need to move up market to a larger house as surprisingly when we bought this one, the space that the property had to offer was similar to a ‘tardis’, from outside the property it never appeared to be that large and as you step through the door, the rooms seem to be continuous and never end. We love this sort of factor as this provides plenty of separate spaces within the property for our own space, although we only ever needed two bedrooms for ourselves and our son, the third bedroom also became convenient for storage and wardrobe facility. I am a keen gardener so having an enclosed rear garden was absolutely ideal. We are selling the property with no forward chain t
