" The owners bought this property approx. 2 years ago and set about many improvements. The kitchen was brought up to a modern day standard as was the bathroom and the property was completely re-decorated, not forgetting new carpets throughout. The owners knew they maybe looking to sell at some point in the near future, and it was a serious consideration for them to get the right location, where homes were always in high demand and very saleable. Although named after a tree, this is certainly a very popular road, with everything you could possibly need just a few minutes away, For example, if you needed to get onto the M2 motorway and get up to London, then this is just within ½ a mile, getting to the shops and supermarkets, again all within ½ a mile, including Morrisions, Tescos and Iceland. Finally, if it was the entertainment and your leisure time that was just as important, then the cinema complex, restaurants and riverside walks on the Medway park, are within no more than 20 minutes walk.

What the Owner says:

On previous homes that we bought and sold, we’ve always found it was important to make sure the houses were presented in tip top condition, so people could move straight in without having to worry about immediate improvements. We were attracted to this home initially as it was a really good size family home, particularly the 3rd bedroom being slightly larger than a lot of box rooms on similar houses.
Parking can be a real premium nowadays, so having the advantage of the garage and drive was also a big plus.It now makes a great family home and I’m sure the new buyers will be very happy here.
