" Homes in this area of Cuxton village do not often come onto the market and have been previously snapped up as soon as they do. The reasons for this are evident on your entry into this private cul-de-sac, which has well presented landscaped areas, all situated on the edge of the countryside on the outskirts of Cuxton. If you are looking for a quiet location with no regular passing traffic and you want to hear the birds singing in the morning in your back garden, without the constant noise of the hustle and bustle of the town, then this property is ideal for you. Presented, in our opinion, in excellent condition and the first time on the market since purchased from new, this three double bedroom property would make in our opinion a great first family home. If you have young children, there will be no squabbling over who has the bedroom, as they are all double rooms and there is the added benefit of an en-suite to the master bedroom as well as a family bathroom. Cuxton village is well served with amenities such as convenience store, popular primary school and good access onto the M2 motorway and train station, one stop from the main line to London. Other great benefits of this home include a ground floor cloakroom, remaining years on the NHBC guarantee and the fact that you are not overlooked from properties behind you in your back garden. Due to its location, realistic pricing and condition, we believe this property will not remain on the market for long.

What the Owner says:

The property was brand new when I bought it and this was a big benefit at the time, as well as the surprisingly large bedrooms and the village location. Since being here, although fortunately I haven’t had to do much to the property, I have landscaped the rear garden to what I believe is an attractive ‘beach theme’ making it low maintenance so I can spend more time enjoying it rather than maintaining it. I have also installed some built-in cupboards under the stairs for some much needed additional storage and a big plus was having the ground floor cloakroom. One of the biggest points for me is without exception the fantastic views across open countryside from the back of the property.
