This house must be viewed internally to be truly appreciated.Cuxton is a village found on the banks of the River Medway in the North Downs and is best known for its plant life nature reserve and country park Ranscombe Farm. The reserve provides opportunities for quiet walks amongst attractive countryside with a fascinating outlook.The village has its own primary school, is fantastically positioned for local motorway connections and is serviced by its own rail station. Strood station is only 3 miles away offering high speed access to London.

We moved to the house over 20 years ago and it has been a fantastic place to raise our family.We have made a number of improvements to the property since moving here such as the addition of the loft extension and the block paved driveway to the front. The house has been decorated throughout and we have recently updated the bathroom. We hope any would be buyers have as much fun here as we have had living here and will be truly sad to move away from the area.
