" A delightful 4 bedroom semi-detached oast house in a lovely rural setting on the outskirts of West Malling. The property has been completely redecorated, has a new bathroom and a newly fitted shower room and new beige carpets. Downstairs there is a large entrance hall with wooden flooring and plenty of storage cupboards, off this is the kitchen/breakfast room with wooden cabinets, double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and new fridge freezer. There is also plenty of room for a dining table. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and oil fired boiler. There is a large roundel sitting room with a brick fireplace, fitted bookcase and door to the garden, the dining room has a stone wall and has a lovely view of the garden, to the rear of the hall is the study. The 4th double bedroom is also located on the ground floor with the newly fitted shower room. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with arch shaped windows, the master bedroom is a lovely room with a Juliet balcony, fitted cupboards, vaulted ceiling and beams. The new bathroom has a white suite with a shower over the bath. To the front of the property there is plenty of parking in the drive together with a garage and garden shed. The wonderful garden surrounds the house has been beautifully planted with many mature trees, shrubs and climbing plants. The large lawn leads down to a greenhouse and the garden overlooks meadows with grazing ponies.
