" This period house is one of only 6 of its kind in the conservation area of West Malling which rarely come on to the market. It is a spacious Edwardian family home with elegant high ceilings and cornice work, original fireplaces and a large mature garden to the rear which looks over a quiet area of West Malling churchyard. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and provides spacious and adaptable accommodation set over three floors plus basement areas. There is a family sitting room, drawing room, dining room, kitchen and a full height basement workshop. The garden room faces East and is a warm sunny spot with double doors that mean it can be opened to the outside and used for meals etc with the paved seating area outside. There are views from the upper rooms over the village and churchyard and the North Downs to the front. The top room is very large and bright again with great views and has been used as a bedroom, office, playroom/den.
