" One of the main attractions to this home will be it's close proximity to West Malling High Street and it's various facilities. The High Street is within a minutes walk and the station is within 10 minutes.Once you step foot inside it is easy to see the improvements that have been made are extensive. In the last few years the home has benefited from an alteration to the ground floor, where the old bathroom was removed and the area utilized for an extension to the kitchen which backs onto the rear garden. It is fitted with modern units and even incorporates a built in oven, hob and extractor. Part of this area is also now used for the ground floor wc which is one of three w.c’s throughout the house.Access to the sunny rear garden, garage and parking can be made through either the double French doors from the kitchen or from the dining room. The main living room at the front of the house has a lovely cast iron fireplace which is in keeping with the character of the home.The upper floors of the property have also seen extensive improvements to them. What was once a bedroom off a bedroom is now a large en-suite bathroom with an additional shower room located within the loft conversion. Viewing is the only way to fully appreciate the work done to this home.

Things we love about the home and the area are numerous; here are a few of them.
A polished floor in the dining room makes it an easy area to clean up after the children.
Good sized bedroom and en suite bathroom for that bit of privacy.
Lots of light in the kitchen from new doors and sky light window.
Good size rear garden for children to play or grownups to have a barbecue.
Over all we find the home to be a very social place with good sizes to all areas. We have done loads to the home and are sure the next owners will love it here.
