" The fact that Hillreed themselves have none of this style left to sell should tell you that this is a very popular style of home. Even from the outside you will be able to see why. A very pretty home indeed. Inside is as much a treat. First to great you is a cozy lounge with a feature fire place and direct access to the large rear garden. Second on the list will be a real eye opener. The kitchen breakfast room. This will be when you start looking at each other with that knowing look that says we have found the home for us! There is a lovely bay window that gives off that wonderful feeling of space the quality in this room is easy to spot.
To the rear of the home you will walk past the laundry room a perfect place to hide all the parafinalia associated with washing and cleaning, out of site out of mind! Then to real surprise, an additional reception room that can be simply a garden room as it also has access to the garden or if you prefer a formal dining room or play room for the children.
The first floor is no less of a treat it has three genuine double bedrooms one with en suite in addition to a smart modern family bathroom.
Saving the best until last was a challenge in this home as it's all so good but for me I would say it's the size of the garden it measures 52ft x 29ft at it's widest points, you don't see that on Kings Hill very often

We love the space that this home offered to our family both upstairs and downstairs. we have a lively sized kitchen diner that we paid extra to have floor tiled and also to have a higher quality dishwasher installed along with all the other appliances that came with the home.
We wanted both big bedroom and space for our family to spread out and also wanted the home to be detached. We found this with this Appledore style Hillreed home and found it all within a reasonable budget.
We have a quite location that is close to the popular discovery school and not too far from the shops in the centre.
We have also got the convenience of having the garage out the front of the home so when we come home from shopping its no hassle at all shifting shopping or buggies from car to home.
