" This home immediately struck me as a property that would be bought by a first time buyer, investor or someone looking to down size.There is ample space with double bedrooms, which are only a couple of inches different in size with a bathroom located between them.The living area looks out onto a rear garden, which to me would be perfect for summer barbecues and a joy to see those snowy days, whilst cosy indoors watching television.The kitchen is located at the front of the house, so whilst doing the culinary chores, you could watch the world go by.Even the parking is made easy at this home. There are two spaces in tandem, almost directly to the front.Buyers looking to commute to London will have a choice of the M20 about 10 minutes away, local West Malling rail link to London Victoria, or a short distance to Wateringbury station which offers access to London Bridge station and many others.Take time to appreciate this home, its location, surroundings and what's on offer.

Living on Kings Hill is a lifestyle as well as a place to live. Making use of the area can allow you to stay within a radius of about a mile. We make full use of the David Lloyd gym just around the corner and have had many spontaneous nights out in a choice of restaurants and bars. We often take a leisurely walk around the golf course, before popping into Adsa's for a few essentials.
We fell for this home as first time buyers. We chose this one above others for a number of reasons. The green out the front was a major factor. It's nice not to directly overlook other homes.
We have always felt we have space inside the home, guests can stay and have their own double bedroom.
