" THIS UNIQUE DETACHED PROPERTY IS BELIEVED TO ORIGINATE FROM CIRCA 1880 as the gatehouse for the Old Phoenix Brewery (which subsequently closed in 1982). The property was then used as offices until it was purchased and completely refurbished by the current owner in 2002.
