We chose this plot over all the others because of its position within the cul de sac. The fact that we are not overlooked to the rear and above all else the layout of this lovely home meant we could work from home on the top floor whilst still having three good double bedrooms and two bathrooms. We added the conservatory after a year or so to give us that extra space on the ground floor to complete our home.
