" This immaculately presented and spacious townhouse is located in the popular Langley Park development just 3 miles outside of Maidstone with an excellent array of local amenities, a great choice of primary & secondary schools and fantastic transport links making it the perfect family home. The property comprises a welcoming entrance hallway with a cloakroom and a useful storage cupboard. There are stairs leading to the first floor and access into the ground floor rooms. The living room is spacious and bright with patio doors leading out to the rear garden. The stunning kitchen/dining room has a range of lovely light grey gloss storage units, there is an integrated electric oven, a four burner gas hob, space and plumbing for a washing machine and space for a freestanding fridge/freezer. To the first floor there are two double rooms both with Juliette balconies overlooking the front gardens and the family bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. The second floor has two further double bedrooms, with an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.
